Amazing customer service, lovely people, that's why they are always so busy because people love going back to them. They have always done an excellent job on my nails that lasts and lasts, I used to go to another nail bar but I will never go anywhere else my nails look perfect every time, I always recommend them.

Came today with my daughter both had a lovely time relaxing atmosphere daughter loved the pampering Ann and Brian excellent nails stay on never had a problem xx

Great nails, great people. Always patient with my faffing and making sure all the nails are symmetrical and not slight slanted. Lol. Always choose to go here.

Absolutely disgraceful service tried to overcharge me the original quote then they smudged withing two hours of leaving the shop they wouldn't fix them without me paying extra, tried telling me it was...
Absolutely disgraceful service tried to overcharge me the original quote then they smudged withing two hours of leaving the shop they wouldn't fix them without me paying extra, tried telling me it was extra because there long and extra because I had more than one colour(three pink nails the rest grey, no patterns or anything) Wouldn't do the original pattern(ombré) I'd booked in for then when shaping them I kept checking them as I'm fussy about the shape he said I don't get to be fussy there never again will I return!

Awfull was in there almost 2 hours because they start you then start someone else. Plus in that time 7 people came back 2 complain ! , not good ,, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ,,!

My appointment was for 10am yes I had to wait until 10.35am however it was worth the wait! Anne did a fantastic job of my nails and I love them I'm now looking forward to going back for a pedicure and my infills for my holiday at the end of the month xx
