I came to the spa today for the first time after receiving a gift voucher, I opted for the deal of the month which was a aromatherapy back, face and scalp massage. When I had my massage I was 33 weeks pregnant and the woman who did my massage was so accommodating of my pregnancy. My first visit to the salon today after a very stressful week. Had the Swedish massage and I won't lie it was painful at times but only because it was well needed, very knotted muscles. Two of my nails were done badly, one chipped and one lifted off. I rang and was offered money off another treatment or a refund, all very good and I chose the refund as I needed to get my nails re done urgently for a wedding. But then the only person who could sort a refund wasn't in but would call me back 2 days later.
