I have used this place a few times and never had a problem until today they had clearly over booked themselves it was rushed my nails were to short I hated them but you don't get a second to voice your opinion and when I did I basically got shouted at infront of the whole shop she then insisted to take them off and start again once the nails had been removed she told me to come back in 2 days to have them done so I walked out won't be returning again!! Do not book an appointment at this salon! I had booked 1 appointment and was rudely told to go away and come back tomorrow. I booked again today to give them the benefit of the doubt and was told there were 2 people waiting and I would either have to wait about 30 minutes or come back tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
