Had my nails done here a couple of days ago and I definitely won't be going back! The customer service is shocking, I found the staff to be very rude. I had a full set of acrylics with shellac which was applied far to thick and a couple of hours after leaving the shop all started to bubble and peel off. I then went back the day after and asked could they resolve this for me. Their answer to this was "it's your fault" ! After feeling embarrassed at what they were saying they eventually fixed them for me whilst talking amongst themselves and laughing in a foreign language . When I left the shop I said "thank you " "bye" to which I got no response! If your looking for an enjoyable experience with value for money I highly recommend not to go here! Read Less

Far from happy with my nails today lots of silver glittery bits where there shouldn't be and this was after they had been touched up and have a milky cast over them.. not very good for £30.. just to add in the last 4 yrs of going here this is the only issue I've ever had pity the lady I normally go to in there was off today. I got my acrylic nails done here for my holiday and was pleased until 3 days later when one snapped and then another one the next day!! I rang up and told them and they said it was my fault!! They won't even re do them or give me a refund I am disgusted with the way they spoke to me and defiantly won't be going back.
