Took my niece down to have some nailpolish on for her birthday. The receptionist had said it would be okay but when i got there the nail technicians were like "we're fully booked, dont have time for that" in front of my niece! She was so upset. Another time i went to get my eyelashes done my Ash and I ended up getting a really bad eye infection. This completely ruined my holiday. Not to mention all the lashes fell off within 2 days. She wasn't bothered about either nevermind getting a refund. Read Less
