My nails have been completely ruined. I had gel nail polish and returned for a second visit...the previous polish was removed with a filing machine (no acetone) very abrasive. My natural nails are now like cling film and are ridged and will probably take 6 months to get back in condition. I asked for my nails not to be filed, but my request was ignored. I would never recommend this nail bar.

Technicians spoke to each other in a different language whilst doing our nails, they were very rough and broke my skin with the file. My nails were lop-sided and bumpy. The gel colour application was lazy and didn't cover evenly. Not at all happy and for this shabby service I paid £30.
