Nails ok but staff are ignorant. No customer interaction. Speak to each other in Chinese with no thought to how excluded the customer wiĺ feel. They pull your hand about to get it in the position they want without saying a word. When you have arthritis in your hands it's the last thing you want. They need to learn some manners.

Absolutely rubbish place. All the staff hardly can speak English and say a proper sentence, but at the same time they want (think) that you will understand them. Disgusting customer service, manager told my husband that they can't speak English, but then how do they work in English environment and community?! Very strange place, staff is very rude and arrogant, using their own language to discuss something or communicate whilst serving customers. I would never go there again.

Absolutely awful service...having had my nails done here before and being happy with the outcome i thought I'd treat myself again Ihave a disability which means i have limited movement of my left hand...
Absolutely awful service...having had my nails done here before and being happy with the outcome i thought I'd treat myself again Ihave a disability which means i have limited movement of my left hand and no thumb this has never been a problem when getting my nails done before however today not only one but two nail technicians recoiled in horror at the sight on my hand but then insisted loudly and rudely in front of other customers that it was impossible to do both hands and suggested my "small hand" should be left with nothing. Absolutely disgusted and humiliated!

Nails ok but staff are ignorant. No customer interaction. Speak to each other in Chinese with no thought to how excluded the customer wiĺ feel. They pull your hand about to get it in the position they want without saying a word. When you have arthritis in your hands it's the last thing you want. They need to learn some manners.

Absolutely rubbish place. All the staff hardly can speak English and say a proper sentence, but at the same time they want (think) that you will understand them. Disgusting customer service, manager told my husband that they can't speak English, but then how do they work in English environment and community?!
