Treatment date: 28th July 2017. Eyelash Extensions, refill and a full set. I have been doing the eyelash extension for the past 3 years. This was the first time I had it done in the Vanity Fair saloon. Staff here is very nice, the saloon looks beautiful…but this is unfortunately where the good things end. I had eyelash infills, my friend had the full set done. The next day after doing it I lost 50% of the extensions. They refilled them for free again. But 4 days later 90% of... the extensions were gone. I spoke to them, and never got an apology or explanation. I was told that this happens sometimes. My friend, who had the full set done, lost all of the extensions a week later. This should never happen with the extensions which are claiming to be semi-permanent. They should last at least 3 weeks. And this is the first time it happened to me or to my friend in three years of doing it. In fact, we had them dome elsewhere since, and three weeks later they still look beautiful and full. Awful gel polish on the 23rd. My thumb didn't set when it was being done then on the 24th Christmas Eve the thumb peeled off. There were bumps on the little finger which also started peeling Christmas Eve. Other nails were not painted well and started peeling shortly. The worst gel polish I have ever had. Read Less

I went into vanity fair on my 21st last week and had my first massage followed by a manicure. I had a wonderful experience! Jess was absolutely lovely ( as she always is) and helpful in allowing me to swap an hour long massage for a shorter massage leaving time and money on order to fit in a manicure and in finding the perfect colour match for my party dress! Week one; Indian head massage...amazing!! Very professional and gave me great personal advice. Week two: Back, shoulder and neck massage...feeling limber, I can finally roll my shoulders fully again and looking forward to a great nights sleep. Deciding what to have done next is the challenge!
