The experience I had here was awful. Was my first time getting a full set of acrylics, as soon as I walked in the shop I felt immediately out of place and judged. Even though I had an appointment it took around 15 minutes for me to finally get my nails started. In the process the lady doing them was nice however she cut my skin with the tool but failed to do any preventative hygienic methods, leaving a bloody wound open to infection to all sorts of germs. While observing the workers I saw no effort to switch tools or clean them between people. I felt all of the staff were rude here and had a very unwelcoming presence and just tossed you around in the shop from one thing to another without showing any care for your experience there at all. The nails themselves were absolutely awful, uneven around the edges and done in a hectic rush. I would definitely never come back here again and wouldn't recommend anyone to either. £25 I will never get back again.

Worst acrylic infills and shellac polish I've EVER had, in less that 12hrs the shellac was peeling off, after 2 days 4 nails of shellac have completely peeled off. Corners of my nails are scratchy and...
Worst acrylic infills and shellac polish I've EVER had, in less that 12hrs the shellac was peeling off, after 2 days 4 nails of shellac have completely peeled off. Corners of my nails are scratchy and rough, shape and length of all nails are completely uneven. Would NOT recommend!!

I love this place. The staff are so sweet, caring and professional. They rescued my nails after another salon had damaged the skin around my nail and had actually filed off the side of my nail leaving...
I love this place. The staff are so sweet, caring and professional. They rescued my nails after another salon had damaged the skin around my nail and had actually filed off the side of my nail leaving my nail bed exposed and hanging out.. WITH acrylics on top. Everyone who works here are nothing but gentle and understanding making sure you are happy and comfortable.. They even let me borrow a phone charger whilst I was in there! I have never seen one customer leave unhappy and I will keep coming back.

The experience I had here was awful. Was my first time getting a full set of acrylics, as soon as I walked in the shop I felt immediately out of place and judged. Even though I had an appointment it took around 15 minutes for me to finally get my nails started.
