Booking ignored, waited about 50 minutes. Nails all different lengths and acrylic different thicknesses. Nail polish applied carelessly and rushed for the next customer. The electric filing was overly used to the point I could see the pinks under my natural nails and during the filing it made me flinch a few times it hurt that much. Nails effortlessly came off after 2 days, so effortlessly I didn't realise one that came off. Within a week 5 came off and I went back to the nail bar and they were rude, told me it was my fault and I would have to pay for them to be fixed. Poor service, no customer care. Most expensive in this area that I have seen, I expect for £28 my nails last more then two days. They also removed my review on there Facebook page from others being able to see it. Read Less

Been having my gel nails here for a year now and they're very good! Quality service and very friendly staff. Few times I had to walk in without booking and they manage to fit me in without compromising the quality of their service. I've enjoyed the 20% loyalty points few times too which is really great!! This has to be the worst place I have ever gone to! My nails have all different thickness of acrylic on them and in some places no acrylic at all. And that's not even mentioned where they cut me well I was having my nails done! Read Less

So I've only been a couple of times, but both times they've been fantastic! I had a gel manicure the first time and they were top class. The atmosphere is great and they make a cracking cup of tea! I didn't intend on having anything done today as was just acompanying my daughter but looking at those lovely massage chairs I joined her and had a a classic pedicure . Very professional staff beautiful premesis and thoroughly enjoyed my massage while my feet were perfectly manicured with an amazing massage too . Lovely Christmas nails! Beautiful design and they helped me choose a colour. Everyone commented how amazing they looked. Had a pedicure too. So relaxing!
