DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! felt violated and bullied by a horrible man! He was rude and aggressive when doing my nails, Not only was the customer service awful! I asked specifically not to have acrylics as I haven't had them before I wanted gels but he told me they were gels but they weren't. I STRONGLY advise if you want good customer service and your nails to look nice... DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL BAR.

My daughter used you today she has been in before those other times were fine, sadly today the shellac nails that one of the girls have done are appalling. She has cut her nails far too short and smudged her thumb and didn't want re do it for her again. My daughter is gutted as we are off on holiday and she had saved up for this treat.
