I had been waiting for 30mins when a member of the staff told me I had to wait one hour more as 2 ladies had an appointment. They should have tell me from the begging the waiting would be long. Very disappointing!

I had my nails done here for the first time today. I had the new sns and loved it!! The service was brilliant and all the staff were very friendly. They are extremely gentle as well!

I had a gift voucher for this shop which I assumed would last at least a year ( like most good shops) unfortunately I realised on 16.8.17 that it had expired after only 6 months!! It was purchased on...
I had a gift voucher for this shop which I assumed would last at least a year ( like most good shops) unfortunately I realised on 16.8.17 that it had expired after only 6 months!! It was purchased on 23.12.16 making it approximately 1.5 months out of date would the shop waive this and let me have my 20 quid worth? Would they hell!!! Unlucky for me and very unlucky for them as I was going to purchase a gift voucher for my daughter for eyelash extensions round about the £65 mark I believe. Won't be going back and have informed my family and friends not to buy gift vouchers from here. Very disappointed.
