The 2nd time went there bc first time was great, however, the service varies, all depends on which girl you go with. I only asked for simply trimming my skin a little bit for a couple of fingers, then the lady went to talk to the owner without telling me what's going on, in the beginning she refused to do it for me as my nails were on colour already, she came back with bad attitude, she did it for my all fingers... in the end surcharged me extra 10bucks, you can't expect peop...le to know your price list very well, it's always a nice gesture to let your customer to know what you going to do, if trimming skin is called as mini mani, always nice to remind customers, it's not like when you're doing nails, you can't talk, is it?! I had gelish nails done at this shop yesterday and they have already chipped on various nails. I am extremely disappointed. I had booked an appointment & arrived on time but had to wait 10-15mins before I was seen and even then it felt very rushed, as I was out within 15mins! If you have never been or had your nails done or had them done else where give them a try. I have been going to the Tonbridge branch for 8yrs. They take great care to do your nails whether it's a simple manicure, natural nails with traditional nail polish to Gels. Wraps, in fills, nail extensions. It's a happy & welcoming place. You are treated as a member of a family rather than just another customer.... I have watched them grow & expand in this time with them opening of their bigger premises in Paddock Wood at the end of 2015. There is only one draw back with their Tonbridge shop is it is very snug. They now run an academy to train apprentices. Their standards are very high which is an ethos mirrored in both shops. Everything is done by hand no electrical equipment is used on your nails, other than UV lamps & Spa Chairs which massage you while your feet are brought back to life. They are experts in Nail Art which again is all done by hand. I would not go anywhere else!
