I have been a regular customer of the Nail Bar for at least 3 years. The girls are all very friendly, welcoming and hard working. My special thanks are for Kim and your manageress, I was sad to learn of her loss but she has been so professional in the salon , and I hope that with our customer and staff support she can gain strength from that. Kim is a fantastic bubbly member of your team in Tonbridge. 10 years in Tonbridge is a great reason to celebrate. We look forward to 10 years more!

It was my first time having my nails done and it wasn't good or nice at all .The lady that did them was very unfriendly and to rought . She was rushing and didn't do them properly at all. My fingers are with glue and nails are very uneven length and shape and sides aren't even painted properly. On top of that my nails are very painfully now. I wouldnt go back there even for free.

I absolutely love American Nails in Tonbridge. I’m now a regular and get seen by Kim, Cindy and Rachel. There amazing as are the other technicians. Happy, friendly and always there to make you feel gorgeous. The prices are really reasonable and they offer a great loyalty card which as a mum every little helps.
I’ve had gels for a long time from them and they’ve NEVER chipped or broken and today Kim did Ombré on me it’s stunning and I’m one happy Mum. Thanks girls I’ll see you in a few weeks

I was on a run when I popped into choice and asked the assistant where she got her nails done. So... off to the salon I go as a pre holiday treat. £23 was my quote. I’ve never had acrylics done before...
I was on a run when I popped into choice and asked the assistant where she got her nails done. So... off to the salon I go as a pre holiday treat. £23 was my quote. I’ve never had acrylics done before. The girl that did them was not friendly and didn’t speak at all! I asked if the colours in front of me were the choices I had? Too many in fact but I chose a natural colour. £31!!! she said! I explained that I’d been quoted £23! They tried to then put the price down to £25, I wasn’t having it as the nails didn’t even look that great! I was then asked to stay so that they could change the polish from gel to normal! I refused and left paying the original quote of £23! I’ll never have my nails done agsin. I’ll stick with my own gel kit that works wonders.

The lady that did my nails was so rough and unfriendly. As though she didn't want to do my nails. Very thick and not the shape i requested. Rushed through it and i was left with paint and aclyric on the skin. Just like everyone else i was paying for the service. Never again!

I love, love, love this nail bar. Walk in and served within minutes. Rarely have to wait long. Pedicure is amazing. Had acrylics and gels and latest thing is 'Cats Eye's' which look just fantastic. Reasonable prices too. Much better and more experienced technicians than other places I've tried over the years. Friendly salon with MTV. A coffee place next door to buy your latte then get your nails done. Brilliant.

Found the lady I had very rude and rough, I asked for a set of nails for £20 like advertised, I got colour changing nails and she didn't inform me the time price would change, in the end they cost me £31, all the lady's spoke in another language to eachother the whole time, didn't speak to me at all.. never going back, I do not recommend at all.

I have been a regular customer of the Nail Bar for at least 3 years. The girls are all very friendly, welcoming and hard working. My special thanks are for Kim and your manageress, I was sad to learn of her loss but she has been so professional in the salon , and I hope that with our customer and staff support she can gain strength from that. Kim is a fantastic bubbly member of your team in Tonbridge. 10 years in Tonbridge is a great reason to celebrate. We look forward to 10 years more!

It was my first time having my nails done and it wasn't good or nice at all .The lady that did them was very unfriendly and to rought . She was rushing and didn't do them properly at all. My fingers are with glue and nails are very uneven length and shape and sides aren't even painted properly. On top of that my nails are very painfully now. I wouldnt go back there even for free.

I absolutely love American Nails in Tonbridge. I’m now a regular and get seen by Kim, Cindy and Rachel. There amazing as are the other technicians. Happy, friendly and always there to make you feel gorgeous. The prices are really reasonable and they offer a great loyalty card which as a mum every little helps.
I’ve had gels for a long time from them and they’ve NEVER chipped or broken and today Kim did Ombré on me it’s stunning and I’m one happy Mum. Thanks girls I’ll see you in a few weeks

I was on a run when I popped into choice and asked the assistant where she got her nails done. So... off to the salon I go as a pre holiday treat. £23 was my quote. I’ve never had acrylics done before. The girl that did them was not friendly and didn’t speak at all! I asked if the colours in front of me were the choices I had? Too many in fact but I chose a natural colour. £31!!! she said! I explained that I’d been quoted £23! They tried to then put the price down to £25, I wasn’t having it as the nails didn’t even look that great! I was then asked to stay so that they could change the polish from gel to normal! Reasonable prices too. Much better and more experienced technicians than other places I've tried over the years. Friendly salon with MTV.
