Friendly staff. Fair prices. Wish they wouldn't talk in their language in front of customers though. It's rude in my humble opinion. Caught fungal nail there once too!

At first glance they look alright, look closely and some nails are cut uneven and lots of tiny hairs and fluff under the top coat. Maybe just got unlucky with who did it.

After such lovely things said about this place it turned out to be a real disappointment. The lady was quite rude, no smiles, eye contact or conversation. She took my gel nails off using the electric sander which has damaged my nails. The manicure is lackluster with bumps and catches on the edges. The polish has air bubbles and she managed to paint half my finger tips with the clear coat.
There were other customers that were regulars and had a good report with the staff and we're having a good service. So maybe if I spent more money with them I'd be treated better, who knows.....

I have not had pedicure & manicure done that often but had it done fair number of times (ao Paris, NYC & @ deluxe hotel Spas when away on holiday) and think to know when things are done properly.
I just walked out of Beautiful Nails Swanley and, for 100% sure a great service. Detailed/thoroughly, pleasant & I feel very spoiled. And, fair prices.

Really good shop.They do a professional service and the staff are always polite and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. When I moved away 2 years ago I couldn't find any other shop as good as this one so I now travel one and a half hours to this shop.
