Just completed the Shellac Beginners course with Jemma and it was amazing! The salon is huge, beautifully laid out, clean and was nice and busy. The ladies who work there are pleasant and welcoming. The training room was spacious and comfortable. The course was two days long and we were given so much information. Jemma is extremely passionate about CND and knew the system/company inside out which has given me the confidence to carry out the service on clients. She was also ve...ry patient and allowed us to make mistakes while stepping in when she needed to. I found this to be really beneficial to my learning. She also went above and beyond by allowing us to look at all of the salon's Shellac swatches so we could pick out the colours we like the most. I would 100% recommend Bodylines for those who would like to train in Shellac. I have left the course with so much valuable information that I will need for the duration of my career. First time ever in a salon such as this and at the grand age of 56 this took some courage! Only went in to chat and ask advice. Was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere from all the staff, there was a good working atmosphere which in my experience is indicative of a good boss. Thanks to Alex who spent some time with me chatting and putting my mind at ease, what a lovely young lady. She was very friendly but still professional. Rachael done my HD brows on Friday and I also had my nails done by Toni, all in preparation for my friends wedding on the Saturday. I love my pink glittery shellac fingernails and toenails and my eyebrows look great!! I also went and had LVL lashes done by Rachael yesterday, which I am very impressed with! If there was an option of no stars I would submit it. Brought my wife a treatment for her birthday totally £65. Within 5 hours, 4 of the nails had come off, 2 more had cracked and 1 had clearly been applied incorrectly. I phoned to complain the following day and was told the manager would call back. When I received the call back it was not the manager but was informed she could either have the treatment again or have a refund. When I called back to confirm he refund the manager answered and bluntly lied that this had been offered and a refund wasn't possible. Don't use their services, you will be disappointed and won't get your money back!Read Less
