I have been coming to lotus for a good few years for acrylic nails and colour. Although the last couple of times I have been it has taken 3 hours, which is way too long for nails. The quality of the nails are not adequate, wonky, painful and smudged. After one week my nails are already beginning to fall off and chip. For £25 that’s not good. Avoid at all costs!

Went on 11/12/17 first visit and the salon although basic is great value for money and friendly. Dong the owner did my nails and they are perfect ! Will definitely return and pleased to recommend this...

I regularly visit Dong for both facials and massages which are among the best I have ever had. She takes the time that many therapists do not and even during a facial spends that extra time to ensure you receive a quality facial massage as well as mask, moisturiser etc. My skin has improved hugely since having facials with Dong. And for those of you who like a really good massage Dong provides an amazing full body massage which leaves you feeling completely reinvigorated with any knots and pains vanished. I've visited many very expensive spas around the country and it's rare to find a therapist as good as Dong anywhere.

I have been coming to lotus for a good few years for acrylic nails and colour. Although the last couple of times I have been it has taken 3 hours, which is way too long for nails. The quality of the nails are not adequate, wonky, painful and smudged. After one week my nails are already beginning to fall off and chip. For £25 that’s not good. Avoid at all costs!
