I googled this place before I went (for directions but stumbled upon the reviews too) and I was pleasantly surprised by how the staff were and how my nails turned out (considering some of the negative reviews on here). Yes it is a very busy environment and considering the rush period (weekend), I got my nails done for my girl's night out and I am very happy with it. I think people need to be more considerate to the staff and how busy it can be at times. I was happy and would definitely be returning to my now local nail shop! Read Less

Attention people please be aware this woman WENDY PARRY she is a scammer. Like to Target nail shop and try to Making profit out of teenage bully innocent people. She was already successful had her free treatment on the house, but it's still not good enough because her old handbag didn't made enough evidence to make a claim out of the teenage. I went there this morning to have my nails there was a incident where another customer dropped a bottle nail polish it was an accident but it went over a new bag I had It was the first time I used that bag the girl that dropped the Polish offered to give me moneyour back on bag which she did I thought the problem was solved the staff reacted in an appealing way to me shouting in front of a lot people telling me girls only 14 I have to say I thought they looked about 20 they... did repolish my nails for free but the staff were horrible if they came and asked me in a proper manner I would have agreed that was ok but being shouted at I thought was way out of order and the staff so very rude . We had my friends grandson with us even he said he could understand my anger my friend was as angry ad me I am going to check to see if they have a head office and report the whole shop . Awful & painful After waiting for an hour to get my nail extensions done the woman called me over and asked me to sit down, at first they were polite but through out the period of time I was sitting there, I started to realise the became quite offensive saying about my hands and my features. When I got my nails sized up she cut them to her own length and did not ask me how long I wanted them to be, the tool they used to file and shape my nails cut me 3 times causing me to bleed. When I asked for a colour they swapped if for another and I asked for 2 certain nails to be done they said they couldn't do them but could do 2 different nails. They began speaking in there own language and it felt as if they were speaking about us which is completely unprofessional. My nails are very uneven and where they did 2 coats of polish they didn't go the whole way around second time missing parts making my nails patchy. Over all I am appalled by the staff and quality, I'm never going there again. Read Less

Had my eyebrows waxed & tinted on Wednesday everything was fine apart from being red after which normally happens. A few days later after having this treatment done I'm now left with swollen/sore/scabby eyebrows (which some hair has now fallen out) I was never given a patch test and never have done!! Would never have my nails done here again, I gave it 3 appointments in the hope it would improve, sadly not, they were very rushed, some of the staff were rude, my nails were not filed properly or cleaned before the polish, absolute rubbish! Read Less
