Absolutely awful experience. I had recently got engaeged and wanted my nails done as you do. The man basically had a go at me because I was 3 minutes late and he's going to have to rush them. If I had knew what I did at the end, I would have rather he sent me away if it put him out that much. He filed my skin as well as my nails (filing my skin better!) he told me to dry them under the light half way through, my nails bubbled because he didn't say when to take them out as he was doing the other hand. He then said it was MY fault for putting them under there and he didn't say to! Feeling awkward as he carried on.. I was sitting at the other table drying them, there was still plastic hanging of, paint on my fingers and stinging like mad because of the filing. As my partner pointed them out because it was his treat and he weren't happy with them, he was talking like I weren't there saying it was my fault, I was late, I made him do it. Sighed and sat down and corrected them, still weren't amazing. I had all the files under my nails, a few were painted over the whole nail and still paid him the full amount. It was honestly the worst experience of getting my nails done and I'm no stranger to getting them done! Appalling service, manners and nails altogether! Read Less
