DO NOT GO HERE. Always empty which should tell you something. Had my nails done three times here and they were ok-ish. toes and hands £43. Last visit they was a cocky young chinese kid who said £60 - said it had always been £60 which was absolute rubbish. when i challenged he said 'since when' really aggressively. i would have called the police if it had continued. My nails look fantastic, I called up and booked but even if you just walk in the wait is never too long as they have lots of staff and space. The staff are all friendly and talk to you when getting your nails done. The last time I went I was told 'tell me if you're not happy with anything because I want everything to be perfect' which shows they are hardworking. I went into pretty nails to have my nails done on the Friday, by the monday 2 had already fallen off. I called in to get them sorted and when I went in yet again I had about 3 different people swapping between doing my nails and when I went to explain about the problem they tried to hush me so other clients did not hear. After finally getting home after an hour appointment fixing only 2 nails, I was relieved that they were done. However, by the Wednesday they pretty much all fell off so I removed the last 3 on my fingers. I would not recommend going here. Brooke Read Less
