I had a tip put over a tip. The thickest acrylics you could ever see, the tackiest paint job. They also told me to leave quick and they smudged straight away. Do not waste your money! I have now got to file the acrylic all down, and repaint them myself! Read Less

Went here on a Saturday morning, terrible service had 5 different people doing my nails. One of the staff was being incredibly rude because I asked for a matte top coat. I also asked for gold chrome and it came out silver, when I mentioned it when I left they said 'we don't do gold chrome' - well that's fine but tell me beforehand? My advice - don't go here on a Saturday morning when it's busy, it took 1 1/2 hours just to have my acrylics put on! Read Less

Got my nails done today for my holiday and firstly when they finished my nails they let me go too early and didn't let them dry, this lead to smudged them all. I went back to the shop and they were trying to blame it on me when it was obviously was there fault for not letting it dry, in the end they did sort the smudging out. Also on my nails there were random white dots all over them what I didn't notice till I left for the second time. The staff were very rude about it! Such a disappointment wouldn't bother going here. I go here with my Mother and we get our nails and Feet done and the customer service is great! Only downfall is that the pedicure Spa could be longer as the staff rush and it only last like 15 mins and would be better if it lasted 30 mins so we can relax more as I love getting pedicures! All the staff are lovely and kind and it's a wonderful nail Bar and I would recommend this place to my Friends and Family!Read Less

Rung up to book an appointment and I made sure they could do nail art, went and was then told half way through that can't do nail art so I just had to get them plain... when at the drier I noticed you could see all the white underneath and all the paint was only fingers! Went to complain and said I wasn't happy (as they were very rude as well) when a woman who worked there grabbed my arm and pull me backwards (this left a red mark on my arm) and the got my hand a tried to cut... my nails off.... there was a lot of raised voices and they did agree to reprint them for me! I just had to get a plain pink colour as they didn't know what they where doing! They didn't even say sorry for all the trouble and still charged me full price! After the second paint work they told me there where dry and I could go so I walked out of the shop and realised they weren't dry and I had taken a massive chunk of the paint work out but I refused to go back to such a disgusting place! I went there yesterday to have a pedicure, the girl that did this rushed through it and cut my heel open so I now have 2 wounds on my heel making it very difficult to walk on! She then tried to cover up the fact of cutting it and then rushed through my nails, smudged the colour on both my toes and fingers! Would definitely not recommend this place. Read Less
