Went there on recommendation by a friend....NEVER again! Such rude staff. Asked for a full set of gel nail extensions and the women proceeded to put acrylic on, I asked her why she was putting acrylic on and she said this is what you asked for with gel colour on top. She said you can only do gel on natural nails, which i know to not be true. She was shaking her head at me and raising her voice the whole time also saying she would take them off and I could leave. I told her to continue as she had already started. When it came to the shape I said I'd like the same shape as the nails used for your colour shade. When she started to shape them square I asked if that was the shape they woyld be, she said yes thats what yau asked for. I explained the other ones were kind of pionty and squared off at the end, again she was shaking her head and shouting. She told me I should off asked for coffin shape, I told her I would off if I'd known that was what they were called. She also kept filling my cuticles with the electric file, which kept making me flinch, I told her she was hurting me, all she kept saying was relax. Shabby shop with shabby staff. Avoid!!! Read Less
