I bought my mum vouchers for Halycon Days for her birthday and was really shocked to hear of her experience today, when she went to have her nails done. She was treated appallingly by a very rude ‘beautician’ whose name I will not mention here. She had no manners or social skills at all, spoke t my mum like she was a piece of dirt off floor, complained about my mum’s nails being done badly a few weeks previously by the competitor on the High Street (who always do a great job and have charm, style and finesse on their side), gave mum limited choice of gaudy colours and did a terrible job of her nails. Mum was her usual lovely self and rose above this distasteful lady’s ‘treatment’, however it is totally unacceptable to have this kind of experience , which was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon, but left my mum stressed and shocked. We will never use this business again and will be returning to the far superior beauty centre further up the high street. Read Less
