I visited HD Nail Salon today to have a full set of acrylics and I was so impressed with the customer service received. I was pleasantly surprised how much time and effort was put into my nails and I was even offered a cup of tea! Having visited nail salons for many years, I can honestly say this was the nicest experience to date, for once it didn't feel like you were just another number in the door with a rushed service. I will most definitely be visiting again x

Spent 3,5 hours at the salon, at the end I still did not get what I wanted. I made a reservation for the gel pedicure and gel manicure, but came out with the simple nail polish on my hands as they struggled to apply the gel. Overall, a bad experience, long wait, unprofessional, thus I do not recommend this place.

Couldn't decide where to go in Herne Bay as I usually go to Canterbury. HD was recommended, and I'm so glad I went! Jack is wonderful and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. What I got was better than the picture I took in to show him! Can't recommend enough. Clean, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Perfect.

Spent 3,5 hours at the salon, at the end I still did not get what I wanted. I made a reservation for the gel pedicure and gel manicure, but came out with the simple nail polish on my hands as they struggled to apply the gel. Overall, a bad experience, long wait, unprofessional, thus I do not recommend this place.
