It's a great place for fast service, they are always busy so must be doing something right as they aren't the cheapest! The language barrier does mean some of the staff misunderstand you or do their own thing. Eg: my nails were cut super short this time. But 9/10 they are great and offer you a drink too. They clean all the equipment there and then and open new equipment in front of you, which is great! Read Less

Worst pedicure experience ever - would give 0 stars if I could. Was called over for my pedicure which ended up me sat with my feet in warm water for the next 45 minutes! It was an hour before someone actually came over to do my pedicure- after I complained. My toe nails were cut so short that the whole experience was soo painful. Especially when she went on to file away at my skin! My cuticles were also pushed back very harshly which was also extremely painful. Read Less

Went in to have my acrylics infilled and one of them repaired that had came loose, and left with all of my nails taken off. Rather than replace the damaged acrylic with a new one the woman proceeded to pull up the damaged acrylic along with my own nail and reglue it causing extreme pain. When another member of staff came along to finish he was shocked at the "repaired" nail and questioned where "I got my nails done" once I had explained that it was done here another person tried to cover up the terrible service and told me that I had got an infection where the acrylic had lifted off stating that that was the reason why my nail was full of pus however no pus was coming from my nail only blood where my nail had been pushed down by the first woman so I was left to pay £10 to get them removed. I usually pay £10 to get my nails done but these guys promised they where a better quality, the next day when I was on my way to Mexico my nail broke, and 4 days later another! Also the guy didn't give my £4 change back and I was too embarrassed to ask for it by time my nails dried. Very disappointed and annoyed ! Read Less
