Lovely Salon, shame about the Owner Alter ego is a beautifully decorated beauty salon. With friendly staff who are always willing to help, and always greet you with a smile, they offer an excellent service. The only downside is the owner. Despite being a regular customer you never get a smile or a simple hello from her, she needs to learn more people and customer service skills. I absolutely love this salon, everyone who works there is so welcoming. Every single treatment I've had has been nothing short of amazing. Emily is the best hairdresser I've ever been to and she's lovely to have a chat with also. I've also had Summer do my hair and once again, I couldn't fault it, I love my new fresh cut and colour. What a beautiful salon! All the girls were so welcoming. I had the face and body sensation, the elmis facial was lovely my skin felt soft and looked really revitalised. The hot stone massage was amazing zoe was so good at it! i felt so relaxed, zoe was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. What can I say about this place? In my years I have used many beauty salons, hair salons, nail bars and not one compares to Alter Ego. For the last 2 years I have been using the expertise of the staff make me feel confident in myself. The staff, the ambience, the service, the atmosphere are second to none. I would and have recommended them to everyone. I know I put Nikki under a lot of stress and anxiety with my demands for outrageous nails, but she never ceases to amaze me with her ideas and talent. A one stop shop that I use to have everything done including more recently my hair extensions.
