So useually I have a good experience with this place however today I have been left with very sore red nails. I went in to get my nails taken off and the guy literally picked them off my nails without soaking them ripping my natural nail as well. Been doing for few months had nothing but problems i find it rele rude when they say you sit i am a human being not a dog also had 2 chips in the 1st week of having them done this is gel so should not happen also they dont measure the nails properly as all uneven from over hand and 1 is alot shorter plus when had lighter colours its smudged and doesnt look great plus i waited 30 mins to get 1 nail fixed and a lady that wanted new set came in 20 mins after me and got sat down first as more money just think customer services skills wouldnt go a miss in that place Read Less

Went there today and had a bad experience. The bloke cut nearly every finger of mine and the nails ain't even the same length on both hands so looks so horrible. Also they put gel nail polish on without even asking if me and my cousin wanted gel so charged us the extra from it. Would never go back here! Horrible service horrible in general! Firstly we turned up at 6.05 wanting a manicure as was told no as they shut at 6.30.... Your page says 7pm just like all the information does when you look up this shop! Asked for manicure and man crucified my nails buffing them down to no existence to only stop when I question what he actually thinks he doing! Constantly talking in their own language being extremely obvious and rude about what they are clearly talking about. End result terrible While experience terrible Would recommend no1 goes here! The female owner of this salon is nothing less than rude, abnoxious and money-hungry.Her and her husband run this place and are always overbooking clients so you end up waiting half hour or more! They never say no to anyone walking in, giving unrealistic waiting time just to rush the job with the client they have in front of them who HAS booked an appointment! The standard of the nails is fair but then there's not much to compare to in the area...There are only 2 other salons, one of which does terrible nails and a new one that's just opened up.
