I asked for acrylics to give length to my nails and have a rounded edge. the shape is fine, however my nails look ridiculous, i had them done Saturday morning and the only good thing was that i was seen straight away. the person doing my nails has bulked them up and did not push my nail beds back so when he put the nail varnish on, it looks as tho my nails have been growing and are ready to come off. Many people have said they look awful and i'm embarrassed. unfortunately i don't work local so i cannot go back and get them redone anytime soon
Not impressed and wont be going back.

Great salon, I’ve never had better SNS nails, they lasted a month without any lifting or chips. The staff are nice, it’s a very quick turnaround service so it’s not a pampering experience, but if you’re simply looking for speed and great quality then this is the place to have your nails done.

absolutely awful .i hadn't booked let four people who had not booked go ahead of me when I arrived first. the man I seemed to be the manager and just pointed at where I needed to sit. he didn't say a word to me and got annoyed when I didn't know what to do with my hand at a given time. I then had another man who sat in front of me, was about to start my nails but got a message so I had to wait another 5/10 minutes. will not be returning again.

waiting time was rather long, however we seemed to go at peak time. Bad organisation as customers sat anywhere to wait and people who arrived later were served before us. good outcome although when filing, it was rough on the skin and my friend’s finger got cut. i asked for my nails shorter, and the worker ignored my statement. when my nails were drying, there were serving other customers so i ended up waiting for 30 minuets instead of 5. despite this, the outcome was good and the staff were friendly.

After some terrible experiences in the salons in Folkestone, I decided to come and try it here and thank god I did! The service is great and I told them my nails were fragile from previous times I've done them and the lady was very careful and left my nails looking lovely , I'll be coming back here often.

I asked for acrylics to give length to my nails and have a rounded edge. the shape is fine, however my nails look ridiculous, i had them done Saturday morning and the only good thing was that i was seen straight away. the person doing my nails has bulked them up and did not push my nail beds back so when he put the nail varnish on, it looks as tho my nails have been growing and are ready to come off.
