I always have perfect nails when I walk out of this place, no matter which lady or gentleman does the job. The quality is much better than anywhere else I have tried around. The staff are always happy and I've never not heard them laugh, it's certainly refreshing to see people enjoying their day to day work. a little wait, but it was expected so near to christmas. there is a very comfy waiting area here, and magazines to read whilst you wait. there is also a book full of all sorts of nail colours you could choose. the service is quick and in-expensive for what you receive and compared to other nail salons. there is a large range of things you can have done here like sns, acrylics, nail art ect. there are also other services provided such as pedicures and waxes. they make sure your nails are perfect and will stay for the longest time. would completely recommend. Just walked in this morning and got seated immediately. Had a gentleman do some acrylic nails for me. 30 minutes later and done. He wasn't even rushing!! Brilliant place been here before and had shellac done. Always good, quick and efficient service and well priced too!! Read Less

SO disappointed, staff are so rude, when I had them done they were wonky so I asked politely if they could fix it but they said it was only my fingers making it like that. I came back a week late as two nails had already snapped - will not be coming back! Read Less

Waited 2 an a half hours for my sister to be seen and then when she was asked to go over to the desk she sat around waiting for a future 15 minutes! I have been there 3 times to give this place a chance, the first time I actually phoned them up and asked if they could do a chrome rainbow effect and they said they could and to come in so I did, I was in there for hours!!! First they couldn't find what I wanted then once they eventually found it they couldn't get the powder to rub on without it clumping, the woman was being very rude and stressy and it wasn't a comfortable environment so she rubbed a green chrome powder on my nails even though that wasn't what I wanted so I wasn't sure why she was doing that and I just said to them that will do because at this point I was so stressed out and wanted to leave, ended up coasting a lot as well not really sure why. The next time I was in there for hours. I went in there and asked for a coffin shape with a few jewels put on them and for my toes to be done as well. My friend was with me as well. We sat there getting them done and then when they dried them with the dryer we were sat there for nearly 45 mins and then they said we could go and I said but you haven't added the jewels and I want my toes done? They said I never asked for that even though I did and my friend heard me, they also forgot to add a top coat to my friends nails as well and claimed they did it already. 2 weeks later my thumb nail snaps? I wasn't being heavy handed or anything so I was rather disappointed and confused as to why it had snapped so easily as That has never happened to me before at other salons and I have had acrylic nails quite a few times. SO I go back and just ask for refills even though I was 2 weeks early and ask to redo the nail that snapped, they ended up charging me for the extra nail on top of the refills and once again I was in there for a while, a day later after I got them done, my index finger nail snapped and actually ripped half my nail bed, very painful had been swollen for 2 days, actually had to take a day off work because I had to bandage it up to stop it from getting infected. Brilliant SNS and lovely pedicure apart from the sole of my right foot being cut - due I know to quite thick hard skin but was pretty painful - aside from that no complaints and will continue to go as all in all value for money and great results :) Read Less
