So on the website it clearly shows that the shop is open 9am-5pm but I have been here at least 3 times this week on all different days in between those times an snot once has it been open.

First of all they soaked my nails in warm acetone to get the gel off. This left my skin white, frail and peeling all around the tips of my fingers for a couple of days.
When they were shaping my nails they used an electric filing machine (I’m sure it has a name, but I don’t know it, sorry). This is ok, but, they then angled the tip of the file while it was working to remove the cuticles! Needless to say this didn’t just remove my cuticle but actually ripped it off! It was sore, painful and pink/reddish for almost a week while it healed.
When I had that gel removed at another place, it took ages to get it off! And not just that, but on my nail where that cuticle removal happened, I now have a long dent mark all along where the base of the nail was when they filed it with the edge of the machine. You can actually see they took nail off the surface! And, the colour of the gel is still there, even after buffing my nails several times for a month after!
It was dirty, dusty, unorganised and there was not much customer attention. The owner (I assume, as she was the one by the till) spent all the time I was there talking on speakerphone!
I gave it a star because I can’t give it none in order to write this review. If I could, I would!
Please, don’t go there. Pay more and have your nails stay healthy. This is not how gel should be applied or taken off.

Just don’t ! Had SNS nails done because I was being lazy and didn’t want to go to my usual place in Canterbury . They were awful . So much so I walked out and drove straight to Canterbury to have them...

I went to the Beautiful Nails Studio in Faversham on Saturday to get my nails done. I'd usually get them done at a different place but I wanted them done for the next day and it was the only place that didn't require an appointment. I paid £25 for what was supposed to be a Shellac manicure.
My manicure involved having bath salts put on my hands and then washing my hands, that's it. I then had my nails painted by three different people, one of which puffed away on his vape whilst doing so without even having the courtesy to ask if I was bothered by this. I know from having Shellac done at other salons, it's a process, applied in stages using a lamp. They were not keeping track of what was being applied by who and how long my hands were under the lamp. The shop was dirty, unorganised and the nail varnish was not CND Shellac because I could see the unbranded pots in the corner and could see that the quality wasn't anywhere near what I expect.
I had this manicure done on Saturday at 12pm, by 4pm my thumb nails had chipped. And have continued to chip and peel away. Anyone who has had Shellac or gel before knows that it's basically bullet proof for a good two weeks if done properly.
I went in to the shop today to speak to them/complain. They said they would not refund but could "fix it". I refused because I wasn't confident they will do it any better than the last time. He was also rude and didn't apologise and suggested it was my fault. I certainly won't be returning!!

I went to have my daughter's nails treated with a false nail set plus gelish polish.Quoted either £18 or £24 on boards both inside and in the window. I was charged £28 as were my daughter's friends and they only accept cash. I have photographs of the nails. No receipt offered so no proof I was overcharged. I was shocked at this poor practice. I am reporting to Trading Standards as this is false advertising and very underhand. I will not be returning and the quality of finish was poor.

2 complaints from previous customers in the hour and a half that I was in there.
Unfriendly and no customer service. 1 new local potential regular client who will be going elsewhere in future.

I went to the Beautiful Nails Studio in Faversham on Saturday to get my nails done. I'd usually get them done at a different place but I wanted them done for the next day and it was the only place that didn't require an appointment. I paid £25 for what was supposed to be a Shellac manicure.
