Always do a great job for me but yesterday was the worst experience I've had. I was cut and bled more than once, the lady who rid my nails was more like a strict teacher, she kept telling me off. When I was finished I had glue all over my hands, the nails were unevenly filed. I am disappointed with this experience

This cost my daughter £25 for a more than poor job. They look like nails i could put on myself at home, she has glue all over her fingers, they are not shaped the same and they don't sit on her finger...
This cost my daughter £25 for a more than poor job. They look like nails i could put on myself at home, she has glue all over her fingers, they are not shaped the same and they don't sit on her finger nail at all. She had 3 different people work on her nails, she also has air bubbles in the polish!!!! 😡😠😠😠😠. I will be going to the shop on 01/09/17, to ask for my money back and for the poor job to be removed!! As we are now away on hoilday. Plz do not use this places

Terrible service worst manicure I have ever had.
The manager who did not speak English well did my nails even hurting my hand several times in the process ,which was very uncomfortable even forgot to finish my nails after waiting 25 minutes under the hand dryer which was just dreadful and did not even apologise!!!
The end result was very poor not a french manicure more like tipex and horrible uneven shape .
The cuticles were not pushed back or oil applied no hand massage either to finish.
1st and definitely the last time !!!!!!

Best service I've received so far! Like the previous reviews said, there's quite a long queue but definitely worth the wait. There's even a self-service cafe!

There's a bit of a queue but I think that's one of the big draws as it just proves how good the quality of work at this salon is. Had a full set and it lasted me almost a month! Highly recommend this ...

Best nails salon in the Dover area by far! My wife and I had a great time and the staff was very amiable and excellent at what they do. Would recommend to anyone.

They do a good job on my nails I now travel from Deal to have them done as I haven't found a place that can live up to then
