Really rude lady that was meant to see me. I was 10mins late so they kept me waiting for 40mins. When I was called the lady told me to pick a colour and went to have lunch without saying anything. When she got back and I was like why didn't you say you were going to take that long. She told me how she wasn't meant to do my nails as I was late and it was her lunch time. She seemed angry and I was like and was cutting my nails anyhow without asking me what I wanted. To rude extremely rude. I had to leave and got my nails done at lilys they have much better service. I got SNS and my old gel + extensions taken off. They did a really good job and had such a wide range of nudes and other colors. The nail techs are so nice and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them to others if you are thinking of getting your nails professionally done. Read Less
