I unfortunately am giving 1 star, after years of going back and forth to Best Nails since 2005 today was the the official nail that closed the coffin. Myself and Mum have been coming in every couple of weeks since October last October and since then we’ve had a few “moments we’ve walked out and felt bad about not saying anything” and today felt the same but then I thought actually no. Me and Mum had particular designs in mind and showed both technicians and my mum didn’t get ...her pattern at all, no explanation. I used my voice for the time ever but politely I’m not rude, I politely mentioned that my design had one nail was just a tip colour etc then she huffed and puffed! Then next think I knew I was told she had finished but it wasn’t but I felt so deflated I accepted it but my mum and I will not returning unfortunately. I got my nails done from here a few weeks ago and my nails looked horrible, they really don’t know what they’re doing. The nails are thick and she didn’t even do the whole of my nails, I had to tell her so many times that my whole nail wasn’t covered and although she put the price down... I still wouldn’t go there even if it was the only shop open. Read Less

Do not listen to you, I asked for the colour to be removed from under my nails and they huffed and told me, that having blobs of colour under my nails is a good thing. Not to mention the polish is unevenly applied Read Less
