Nail shape looked really bad, the acrylic was put on way too thick and the overall structure of the nail was poor. My nail ended up splitting right through to my real nail because they were shaped so poorly, ended up having to remove them myself as it was too painful to wait to get them redone elsewhere. Got a full set of acrylics, I was demanded to pay before I had them done, no one else had to pay before hand! Probably because I’m a teen! Then the woman put the wrong polish on! I agree with the negative reviews here; I have visited twice but never again. The first time wasn't great, customer service was bad but put it down to the language barrier. Today was worse. When i made a simple remark about how the polish was wonky I was told it was the shape of my nail, it wasn't and when I pointed that out, it was fixed. The lady spoke in her own language to the other staff which was very uncomfortable. I also questioned the blue polish that had remained on my nail and was coming through against the pink. Again I was told it was because my nail was dirty and I needed to clean them! I took off the polish myself when I came home. Then, the lady beside me had her foot cut during a pedicure and was bleeding heavily. Rather than apologise, the employee who turned out to be the manager told this lady it wasn't her fault, that she had scarred skin that must have cracked by themselves! The first time l went to this place the Assistant shaped my nails really poorly. Pedicure I went along today for a pedicure and my feet are still dry and look and feel dry with cuticles untouched. The pedicure literally lasted 15 minutes - if that. Manicure As l write this review l have got my cotton wool and nail varnish remover ready.... my nails again have been shaped in a rough way and the nail varnish has already chipped. Price The price list on the wall suggested the following prices: Pedicure - £23 Nail tidy and polish £8 I paid £35, when l should have been charged £31. Tip: Avoid this place like the plague if you expect a half decent service which includes having your nails done in an immaculately neat manner. I have never braved having my brows done before I found The Beauty Rooms! I got the Billion Dollar Brow done by Katie and it is the best treatment ever!!! My brows have NEVER looked so good! Absolutely over the moon with my beautiful lash lift!! Booked in with Chloe, she was professional, friendly and made me feel very at ease. She explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel very relaxed. The treatment was very enjoyable no discomfort whatsoever. Im never going back there again had my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and after 5 days to nails broke i rang them up and the man was just laughed and was rude and said u still got to pay 3 pound each to replace them i fault blody rude man i wounlt of mind i paid 33 pound for a set and im never going back there the staff were rude and the nails are rubish as i went to an over nail bar and they told me there nails are thin and dont put much gel in them abd oblg puf one coat of couloir so dint go to this nail place or waste your money Read Less
