Manicure and pedicure I was treated so well . Very relaxing and staff were so lovely I recommend this place 💯 . I will definately be going back for more

service was amazing, the staff was extremely nice! I don't know why some of these reviews are not very friendly :( most of the staff seem like they don't know much english, but some of them know enough to run a business. People leave negative reviews on this and I don't think it is fair. The staff seem very hardworking and polite but they just get a bunch of negative reviews and such. 😪 I would recommend going there, it's the only place I've been going to for years 💗

It was last year admittedly I went here , but gave up as the technician were a little too violent with the electric file , I had deep ridges in the nail plate , my natural nail was very thin in these ...
It was last year admittedly I went here , but gave up as the technician were a little too violent with the electric file , I had deep ridges in the nail plate , my natural nail was very thin in these places , I fear if I used them again they would have gone through my nail , they were very painful and sensitive to hot water until the nail grew out

Ok service £25 for acrylics nail polish isn’t applied very well and the nails are as straight as you’d expect , the staff do not talk to you kind of rude. However they are reasonably quick.

Rude staff they seem to have no idea what they're doing. Went in for a fill- my nails were green. I had them taken off, the guy soaked one hand in acetone and proceeded to shove the edge of a white tip under the lifted acrylic on my other hand. Which of course damaged my nails even more. The left index finger always came off so they charge £3 extra. If the same nail comes off twice, the nails are bad quality. Especially for what they charge.Ill never go here again.

Awful! Had a pedicure, the girl couldn't have been more disinterested - hardly looked at my feet, staring out of the window most of the time. Asked her what cream she was using and she didn't know. Whole thing done in 20 mins, other places spend 40 minutes doing a thorough job. Got home and my skin feels like sandpaper, will have to pay to have all the skin they have made rough properly removed - disgusting. Would NOT recommend and will not return 😡

Went in a month ago and as my nails are always strong and healthy, opted (as recommended) for the SNS polish which was outstanding. Great job applying even though staff are incredibly rude.
Today I went back to have the polish removed, and the only thing I can say is stay away from these BUTCHERS. Chemical soak for HALF AN HOUR followed by grinding down my nail with a sander - left them so thin they bend just by touch. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this, it will take 3 months to outgrow the damage they did. Not only that, but i have smears of polish all over my hands. So unprofessional. Steer Clear.

I don't know why some of these reviews are not very friendly :( most of the staff seem like they don't know much english, but some of them know enough to run a business. People leave negative reviews on this and I don't think it is fair. The staff seem very hardworking and polite but they just get a bunch of negative reviews and such. 😪 I would recommend going there, it's the only place I've been going to for years 💗

It was last year admittedly I went here , but gave up as the technician were a little too violent with the electric file , I had deep ridges in the nail plate , my natural nail was very thin in these places , I fear if I used them again they would have gone through my nail , they were very painful and sensitive to hot water until the nail grew out

Rude staff they seem to have no idea what they're doing. Went in for a fill- my nails were green. I had them taken off, the guy soaked one hand in acetone and proceeded to shove the edge of a white tip under the lifted acrylic on my other hand. Which of course damaged my nails even more. The left index finger always came off so they charge £3 extra. If the same nail comes off twice, the nails are bad quality. Especially for what they charge.Ill never go here again.

Awful! Had a pedicure, the girl couldn't have been more disinterested - hardly looked at my feet, staring out of the window most of the time. Asked her what cream she was using and she didn't know. Whole thing done in 20 mins, other places spend 40 minutes doing a thorough job. Got home and my skin feels like sandpaper, will have to pay to have all the skin they have made rough properly removed - disgusting. Would NOT recommend and will not return 😡

Today I went back to have the polish removed, and the only thing I can say is stay away from these BUTCHERS.
