My bame is Lola Crumity and all I can say is...DISGUSTING. I went just yesterday for a pedi and a fill, and ended up being dooped. My nail tech did a horrible job on my nails she suckered me into getting a removal and a brand new full set and the cut me on both my pinkies with a nail file! She even continued to file and dig her nails in my pinkies after I told her, that's not nail polish, that is blood. She did NOT shape my nails properly, and she did NOT edge my nails by my ...sides and cuticles so not only do my nails look chunky and horrible they will start to lift in a matter of days!! The store itself was Dusty and Dirty I had to ask my nail tech to stop the water in my foot bath because I could see dirt and dust floating in the water and would not put my feet in a dirty tub.The floor itself had hair all over it and I was there at 11:30 am on a MONDAY. I tired to remain calm through all of this I paid 113.00 dollars yesterday and even tipped my nail tech but I went home angry, so angry that I went back in hopes to speak with the store owner. I then spoke with Victoria who informed me that the owner of the salon doesn't come in and she could not give me their name or their contact information, plus she could not reimburse me even after I showed her my hands and the CUTS on them. This is NOT how you do business! To charge people this amount of money your salon should be clean, and you technicians should be competent and LISTEN to what their client wants, I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have NEVER been cut, I know how to hold my hands and I KNOW what a nice and respectable shop looks like. Since they give crappy services at such high prices don't go to this salon unless you liked being robbed of your hard earned money. See more

Wonderfully skilled techs. Great communication and this gel fill is gorgeous. Recommend early appointments. Though I did not get all the services done I wanted, I recommend them.

After being turned away from another "walk in welcome" salon I was so pleased to find this amazing place and have the experience I did. I was seated immediately, and ended up with one of the best gel manicures I've ever had from Kerin. Can't comment yet on longevity, but I will definitely be back, if not for the service alone.

I followed this spa from Del Ray. They are always very friendly. The service is superb. The ambiance and atmosphere is classy chic. They use the best products. They even serve beverages, water, tea and wine. The down side is the cost. Hey you get what you pay for. I dropped $70 For a gel mani, pedi and the removal of a gel pedicure. I highly recommend. It's a wonderful experience.

Lovely nails, lovely friendly staff and nice customers. Highly recommended. Always greeted politely and the nail selection is amazing. Don't hesitate to book :)

Very clean. Chairs are great, techs excellent. A fun, funky ambiance in the salon. Prices are what you'd expect for this area. I will definitely be back!

Needed some pretty nails for a formal function tonight. Kali was my nail stylist, she was professional and kind and personable. Everyone there seemed to have a kind demeanor about them. I didn't feel uncomfortable as I have in many other nail salons. The place was gorgeous, modern, equipment seemed well cared for, no clutter, and the place was immaculately clean. I would definitely go back if ever in the area again!!!! I got a full set of gels and they're very thin and streamlined. Very happy customer.

Needed some pretty nails for a formal function tonight. Kali was my nail stylist, she was professional and kind and personable. Everyone there seemed to have a kind demeanor about them. I didn't feel uncomfortable as I have in many other nail salons. The place was gorgeous, modern, equipment seemed well cared for, no clutter, and the place was immaculately clean. I would definitely go back if ever in the area again!!!! I got a full set of gels and they're very thin and streamlined. Very happy customer.
