For a birthday treat I booked a facial for my daughter Nicola. Our beautician was Alice . She soon put Nicola at ease & explained everything she would be doing . Nicola relaxed & fought hard to stay awake. I am so impressed with the level of service I also booked myself in for a " mum" treat. Thank you Carole & Alice.
