Came here today to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and I am shocked at my result. I was not happy at all with what she did to my eyebrows, I have been growing my brows out for almost 2 years now and after today, all my hard work has gone to waste. There was no arch at all in my eyebrow and I had one when I started, they were so long and thin and completely the wrong colour. (Not to mention also completely different to the other brow itself). Hygiene not good either. Dirt ...on the floor, surfaces not clean and rather hectic. TOO MANY PEOPLE BEING SEEN AT ONCE. Another reason not to come here again is because the prices that are up are WRONG (saying on the list one thing is one price, then changing it when I asked) and today I actually got over priced for what I had done. I have my nails done every 4/5 weeks by kim. She's always very welcoming, (not always needing an appointment). She has always made sure her customers are happy and we leave with a smile. The best salon in town .I have been using Hollywood nails for 2 years now once a month for nails pedicure and eyebrows .never once have I been unhappy with my treatments .tools are always sterilised in front of me ! Always offered a drink ,always asked if I'm happy with colour ,shape ect .very conscientious lady .I felt I had to share my experience with you all ..always will I continue to recommend this salon. Worst £25 spent every nails a different shape cut down every bit of length I had when I asked for just what had grown out to be filed down, polish is a mess, everything all over the skin around the nail bed, nothing sterilised between clients, 3 clients being done at once. Asked to have shellac overlay she wanted an extra £10. Really upset and dissatisfied. Read Less

Each nail was a completely different shape & not what i asked for as well as being wonky. Went back and complained and she did not listen to what i had to say, only re shaped one of them (even though i told her i wasn't happy with any of them) and repainted 2 of them which didn't need repainting but re done completely !! would not recommend Read Less

I was charged £60 for infills and a toenail paint - when I queried this the technician said this was because she used Opi nail polish - I had infills costing £18 and a toe nail paint costing £10 - therefore I paid £32 for nail polish! Apart from that, she took me half an hour late for my appointment and continued to chat on her mobile phone on loudspeaker to a friend for most of my appointment! I will never go there again!
