Not being someone who normally has a nail pampering session, with my son's wedding the next day I decided at the last minute to treat myself to a manicure and gel polish at this salon. I managed to get a last minute appointment with Allysa and was absolutely delighted with the result. Allysa was extremely patient with me as I didn't have a clue what I wanted and there was such a choice. I eventually chose to have the gold sparkle polish and, almost two weeks later, my nails are still as nice as when initially manicured - not even a tiny chip! Gel nail extensions and Sunbeds sessions are my treatments so far.... As soon as i walked through the door i was met by a friendly smile. I'm very much a Beauty Salon novice, but seeing as I'm getting older I thought I'd start to pamper myself. I found the girls very knowledgeable and they explained in great detail what treatments they had on offer within the Salon. My Nails.... I hadn't a clue regarding my nails. I didn't realise the choices, wither to go just manicure an...d painted or acrylic, gel extensions let alone what design or even colour. The nail art on display shows how very talented the girls are. Their attention to detail are visible just by looking at my beautiful nails. I went for Gel extensions in pillar box red. My nails are in there 5th week and they have only needed painted twice. Iv worked in the garden. Iv even dived off the west coast of Scotland with them!!!! Salon... i found it a very clean, modern environment with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The sunbeds are spotless. Very clean with adequate space for my clothing and belongings. I must confess I'm now a regular at this place and it's great they know I'm a Tea with milk no sugar. See you in a fortnight girls. Got gel sculpt nails for the first time as was a bridesmaid for my best friend...can't remember the lassies name but could not fault the service I was given. Nails lasted amazing...which I was surprised because I have horses and very hands on. Think my nails lasted over 4 weeks before 1 broke...my own fault. I went in hoping I could get gel extensions but because i am a nail biter my nails were too short. The girl that did my nails was excellent, she explained why i could not have the extensions and that she would noy charge me £40 for them to just fall off. I got a gel polish put on instead.
