I got my nails done yesterday by Alyx. I was struggling to find someone who could do my nails as I had soak off gel polish but hard gel overlay on my own nails.

My 2nd time here and Staff are so friendly. Even when feeling nervous by the time you're out the salon you'll be thinking why you felt so nervous. This is deffo the place to go.

Every encounter be it with each salon, online, on the phone I have had the best customer service. You have a happy customer for life

Had a spa tester voucher which included all use if facilities with foot treatment and choice of massage or facial. I had a brilliant massage and foot treatment, the 2 girls on were lovely but was disappointed with a cold pool and no Jacuzzi as it wasn't up to temperature so couldn't go in it, we were there at 2:30pm till 4pm so would of thought it had all morning to warm up.

I tried to set up an appointment, multiple times, which kept leading me to being put on hold again multiples times. I then waited on hold for at least fifteen minutes without being greeted by any actual staff members. I would not recommend this place as they have terrible customer service. Their website is also not very informative, it does not tell me when the actual salon is open (times and days) which isn't good if they want to acquire customers. Overall, disappointing, very disappointing and just down right rude...

Had a spa tester voucher which included all use if facilities with foot treatment and choice of massage or facial. I tried to set up an appointment, multiple times, which kept leading me to being put on hold again multiples times. I then waited on hold for at least fifteen minutes without being greeted by any actual staff members. I would not recommend this place as they have terrible customer service. Their website is also not very informative, it does not tell me when the actual salon is open (times and days) which isn't good if they want to acquire customers. Overall, disappointing, very disappointing and just down right rude...
