I am so disappointed with the service I “received” today. Having booked an appointment for party lashes at 10.30am I turned up to be told my appointment was 10.15am. I offered to show the message stat...
I am so disappointed with the service I “received” today. Having booked an appointment for party lashes at 10.30am I turned up to be told my appointment was 10.15am. I offered to show the message stating 10.30am to be told I’d have to come back at 11.15am as she had another appointment. This is fine, mistakes happen and to waste 45mins Christmas shopping is easy. What isn’t ok is the fact that I didn’t receive even the slightest apology for the mistake made on THEIR part and the attitude I was given which even my 12yr old said was rude! Needless to say I didn’t go back at 11.15am. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Angel but this has just cemented how unprofessional they obviously are.

Lovely treat this morning, had my make up done while our girls had their hair cut, very informative on how to care for my skin type, what products and how to use them, then beautiful make over using the new contour range, gorgeous products, again shown how to use them best for myself, also I now have matching brows, something I'd never have got right myself. Lovely lassies and would highly recommend. The girls are delighted with their hair. We will definitely be back x

I am so disappointed with the service I “received” today. Having booked an appointment for party lashes at 10.30am I turned up to be told my appointment was 10.15am.
