Rude staff the man who runs it made me bleed, was falling asleep whilst doing my, couldn't shape them correctly so member of staff had to take over. Little finger nail snapped in half 3 days later, they wouldn't replace it so had to pay. Shocking service and not very hygienic really should be shut down. Read Less

I gave this place second chance although it was awful the first time and it was even worse the second time! The staff are rude, always overcharge and the nails are such bad quality. I have had four nails break since I got them done a week ago. I have wasted £59 on these nails! They overcharged me to get a fresh set (£45 when it clearly says £35 on the wall), charged me £4 when my first nail broke (when it says £3 for single nail replacement) then charged me £10 when I got the next two fixed. My fourth one has just broke but I refuse to go back and will be getting a fresh set done elsewhere. I wasted far too much money on this place and will never go back again. Read Less

Really bad service and my daughters acrylics came off after a week as we went on holiday. When I went back they said it was because went in pool that they told me. What a load of rubbish and waste of £25 of her own money. Refused refund or to do again.. Read Less

This is the second time I visited because u thought j would give them a second chance and I can happily say I'd never go back again. both times I've noticed that they use the wrong tools and use well worn files soo worn that they don't file. they are soo rough with the electric file that I could actually feel my nails burning! both times I have asked for my nails to be cut down really short and they only took of a tiny bit! the shape on my gel powder nails were all wonky both times and the paint job was sloppy and careless. DO NOT GO HERE! you are miles better off at The Nail Parlour. honestly the staff need retraining or better off shut down. Read Less

Visited today 31/10/16 terrible pedicure, cut my foot so deeply with the blade they use (was it a new blade?) he hacked at my foot like he was using a chissel. Won't stop bleeding, then he put this blue antiseptic stuff on an open wound, I nearly hit the ceiling with pain. I should not have paid £25 for this. Read Less

I have been here twice, only because I haven't been able to get to my original nail bar and these were emergancy visits. This one is near to where I work, the acrylics lasted a week and were just lifting and breaking that happened the last time aswel, but thought I'd give them another chance. The acrylics I get done in my original salon lasts 4-6 weeks. So I know this isn't acceptable! Also they didn't ask if I wanted them cut down so they were too long for my work, and when I asked for them to be cut down he didn't look too happy and done it after the paste was put on! Read Less

Had my appointment at 11:15 and by 11:45 my hands were still soaking in acetone because the lady kept going off to do customers that came in after me with no appointment! By 12 she finally started on my new set of acrylics, then she didn't show me the length properly before she cut them down so now my acrylics are a lot shorter then I wanted! I told her I wanted them longer and she tried telling me they charge more for longer nails! Now my left hand nails are a lot longer than my right, definitely won't be going there again! Read Less
