The Nail parlour is more like a cattle market than a professional buisiness!!! They take people in a few minutes before booked appointments, so the clients that have booked, have to wait a good 45 mins before being seen. They rush each person so you end up with badly manicured uneven nails, they never tidy the cuticles ( unless you ask) and staff can be very rude and argumentative. When they do a full set of acrylics, in my experience the nails are never the right size, so you get unsightly natural nails sticking out the sides. I will not be returning! Read Less

My nails are Nails all different sizes and shapes, charged an extra £3 just to have a nail with a tiny bit glitter and they are very rude, when I asked for them to go under my my nail with the drill just to get the sharp bit off they refused and said no in a very rude manner and felt like it was rushed. The prep prior to the extensions being added was poor! Just a quick run over with the drill! The lady actually forgot to buff two of the nails before she stuck the tip on! Wrong size tips are used so my natural nail is sticking out of the sides Cuticles were not pushed back just a very quick job with very little care and attention As a result nails look awful after one week! One has lifted completely off the nail with no trauma causing this I add! I should have known better than to use a nail bar like this as I have experience in being a nail tech but thought oh I will give them a try! Well not again! Read Less
