I went today and Zee was amazing! Very attentive to everyone in there remembered mine and every other customers name in there, asking if everything was good and making sure I was getting everything I needed Isabella did my nails and she was fantastic, very thorough and an amazing technician they made me feel like I was really important, time wasn't an issue, what I wanted really mattered. This salon is a real gem. The hygiene standards are exceptional, the nails looked amazing and the whole experience was very pleasant, in a clean, modern and light salon, and the complimentary drinks were the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend it - this is not your usual nail bar, but a lovely salon where you are pampered! The Salon like no other. I am a bit of a fuss spot but this place caters from the basic manicure to very sophisticated designs! They have menu for complimentary drinks they are offering to customers, convenient tables for manicures and very advanced chairs for pedicures! I'm in love with this nail bar, the only place i would come to if I ever pass by Watford again! Amazing colours and such a relaxing environment with complimentary drinks! The staff have so much knowledge about nails, things I never knew about before was explained to me by professional people and they actually speak English with you! Was very impressed initially, with the cleanliness, service and courtesy . Had my pedicure , manicure and nails done twice , everything was perfect until 4 of my nails chipped/debonded 3 days after they had been done. Arranged appointment to have them re-done and was cancelled last minute on the day (5 minutes before, just when I parked my car at the church car park ), and then again on the same day, my rescheduled appt was cancelled as "unfortunately everyone was fully booked and there wasn't time for me " Was very disappointed with the service provided after informing the salon that the nails are chipped/ debonded, was treated very unprofessionally, hence 1 star only . I have been three times over the past five weeks or so and had a pedicure, two normal polish deluxe manicures and tonight had my first ever nail art! Thanks Andrea and Alex! Each time the service - both personal and professional has been outstanding. I love how clean it is and how they care about you as a person. Not only are they technically talented and pay great attention to detail, they put you at ease and make you feel that they have time for you and enjoy what they do. The only nail bar I've been to before was in Borehamwood, and because of my work I hardly ever get my nails done, so I was a little nervous walking down then stairs into the salon but on first impressions it's clean and tidy, and you get a warm greeting by the manager, so I made an appointment for the next day, and today I've just had the most exceptional experience, I didn't fancy a tea or coffee as I'd just had one before leaving the house, so got told that they have herbal teas lemonade and even champagne (shame I was driving and had a customer of my own to get back to) so opted for a green tea. I'm so fussy about my nails and am very rarely happy when I have them done I think this is due to my past experience of working in a nail bar, however, I've been going to magic since the beginning of December and Alex who does my nails is amazing!! I'm not usually one to write reviews on Facebook but this place is exceptional! I've been looking for a nail salon for a long time that is clean, has English speaking staff and does a great job of doing my nails...I've finally found it! It's rare to find a salon that does all these things but also does acrylic nails, lots of luxury nail salons offer gel and shellac however are unable to offer the service of nail extensions.... They have a print out of different shapes of nails to inspire you along with a selection of gorgeous polishes and different nail art. I had my nails done this morning by Alex, she was amazing and so friendly. Zee who I believe is the owner came over and offered me tea or coffee (you certainly won't be offered this service in other nail salons, which I won't name *cough, abbreviation for the united states of America nails, located in various locations around NW London). I am not sure of the receptionists name but she was also very friendly and hung up my coat, she even ran outside and gave me £2.00 for the car park!!!!!! Whilst I was there another lady came in with a broken nail, the staff did everything they could to fix it so she wasn't in pain. Overall a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to going back in three weeks time for infills.
