We were recently displaced by Hurricane Irma n this was not my normal nail salon. I was unsure about trying a new place as my nail tech knows me..but after visiting the other night I would go again. Mylee was very sweet. I got there late..almost before they closed but she still did a full set of nails and a Halloween design for me. Popped in this morning whilst on holiday in Florida, my acrylics were lifting and looking a bit tired from all the suntan lotion and chlorine. Had a lovely lady do my nails and they look gorgeous. She put some cool flowers in my acrylic powder and they looked fab! Thank you Read Less

Just had my nails done this morning, had gels on toes and powder gel tips and gel polish on hands, in and out within the hour. Excellent service, very efficient and helpful. Not rude as previously commented. They are very professional and my nails are lovely, thank you! Read Less

I take my daughter here for her pedicures and manicures. Last visit I brought my daughter and 3 of her friends. All had tips put on and gel coats. Staff is amazing. Super friendly. Take there time and ensure you get what you want as a customer. Very highly recommend awesome people awesome,atmosphere and out standing customer service. Read Less

I went in to Manhattan nails today - and it was my first time. My nails were in a shocking state, and so I needed to have a full set of nails applied. I was really surprised and disappointed at the general lack of care and respect for their customers. Dismissive and abrupt manner - which turned my anticipated experience of enjoying a bit of pampering into a awkward and negative time. This is hands down the WORST nails salon I have ever been to! I have been getting my acrylic nails done for the last 12 years and I have never been more dissatisfied! I went to get a fill on brand new tips that were just 2 weeks out to the day. The man who did my nails left them rough and uneven when he painted my nails he used polish that bubbled I complain to him he took the polish off and repainted it a different color however he left it so thick that it took hours to dry ...and still had bubbles. I went back and had them repainted again thinking that the topcoat was bad I went back that night and had another man repaint them and they still were not right!!! The next day Mylee who is the owner, told me that my nails were all bad and that she could guarantee the paint but not my nails that needed new Tips even though I had gotten brand-new tips two weeks ago. The very next day my acrylic broke on my thumbnail I went back to her where she explained to me that there is no guarantee on any of their fills or any of their acrylics she would do me a favor and fix this one nail. The very next day my index finger broke but I didn't want to go back and deal with it again I just filed it down however two days later one of my nails completely broke off when I went back there to explain to her that it had been less than a week and my nails were all popping off she ripped the nail off of my finger told me that I was too stupid to understand what a fill is and that she does not guarantee her work!!!!! When my mother and I tried to speak to her she continued to talk over us was incredibly rude and said that if we wanted to call and complain about her then here was her card . I took all of my nails off the second I got home and will never go back!!! I've never met anyone so rude in my life! The only place I'll go anymore! I go and see Kathy who always does an amazing job! I always get acrylic with gel and my eyebrows waxed and everything always ends up perfect! Worst place to get a pedicure. I went in to get a regular pedicure and relax left pissed off. I sit down and tell the guy that Im allergic to latex and he makes a face. Then he asked if I want him to cut my toe nails. I said yes a little so he cuts my left toe nails real short to the point where it hurts when he filed them. When he goes to cut the right he leaves them long. As I am telling him comes the manager and tells me that he is going to put a tip on my toes so they loo...k the same. I told her i didnt want a tip I just wanted him to make them look the same. It wasn't fixed I ended up with one square big toe, one round big toe, one long and one short. WTF. Then i asked him to give me a little more massage on my legs since he just massaged them for 2 minutes and his response was '"you got a regular pedicure I'm not going to do it longer". I went to this Salon this weekend with my daughter on Sunday. I had a pedicure and a fill in. The man that did my pedicure and nails was horrible. He didn't scrub my feet right and used old polish. I was there for an hour before I left and my toe nails still got messed up. He also did my fill in and they are lumpy. I didn't notice until I had to redo the polish when I got home. Oh and When he was doing my nails I had pink and white which the white is almost off I told him to cut them down so you could not see the white anymore and he didn't. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and I have relocated to Florida and I am trying to find good nail salon and this one is not the one for me. P.S. I broke a nail to top it off. Had acrylic infills and gel colour done here. The finish wasn't great as they do not paint close enough to the cuticle - meaning that within a week it looks like you need your nails redone again. Gel colour usually lasts two weeks before it has grown out too much. Within a week of having the infills done a lot of the acrylic had begun to crumble (at other places it usually lasts two weeks until next lot of infills are due) Gel colour also comes off so quick - Within a day or two of having a colour applied, it begins to peel off. Don't know what they are doing wrong as other nail bars I go to the gel colour stays perfect even after two weeks. Read Less

I've been coming here for more than 2 years, and Mylee always does a terrific job! The service is always good and on time, and they are SO very creative! I have never left unhappy. Whoever said that the place was less than clean must've been cheap and got irritated that the prices aren't low like every other nail shop on every corner. You get what you pay for, and it may be 5% higher than elsewhere, but the work is more than worth it! I won't go anywhere else! Read Less
