I have been going to this nail salon for over two years now. But I took a break from going last year because there was an odd day the staff were rude to me in the salon. It has been around 7 months since I started going back again evey two weeks and it was so far so good. However today I telephoned to book an appointment and the lady (the owner, because I recognise her voice) asked me what I wanted to get done. So when I replied acrylic removed and new gel she just said 'we are fully booked bye' and just hung up on my face. She didn't ask what day I wanted my appointment, what time I wanted my appointment and I don't even think she even undrstood what I said on the phone. I found that rude and I have decided that I will not be going back to this nail salon again. Because they do not have any customer service, they are rude to customers and they are not welcoming.
