Hi Hannah buss thank for lovely hot drink and nice nails but I'm going to pay u Wednesday pay in envelope money and recommend nail shop next to fruit stall has are good and do good hot tea and coffee and do great nails I'm going to see other nail shop for to take time out I'm not apologizeing for in unaware flashback blackout dissociation seizure for not knowing if put a good star or bad star rating has didn't know and wouldn't know has was in a unaware flashback blackout unaware dissociation Seizure and Tina should know that not abusing u Tina I honestly didn't know has was in a unaware flashback dissociation Seizure what rating i gave u telling me still of today don't remember I pay Wednesday then won't be going to your shop no more has all my dissociation flashback blackout dissociation Seizure been effected because of u all just saying okay bye HB

Took my daughter here and had them done for her for her birthday she had the manager I think his name is Jon do them. After a week 2 had started to lift.. took her back to get them repaired, he was so...
Took my daughter here and had them done for her for her birthday she had the manager I think his name is Jon do them. After a week 2 had started to lift.. took her back to get them repaired, he was so rude and arrogant towards her and me and tried to say she hadnt looked after them... REALLY? after a week!! they shouldnt be lifting.. he agreed to fix it but warned he wouldnt do it again.. I am getting my nails done this weekend but I will be using Johns nails around the corner.. Him and his wife seem to be losing customers by the way they feel they have to talk to them. Shame really as before this I have had good experiences. One customer lost here. :(

Took my daughter here and had them done for her for her birthday she had the manager I think his name is Jon do them. After a week 2 had started to lift.. took her back to get them repaired, he was so rude and arrogant towards her and me and tried to say she hadnt looked after them... Best place to get your nails done for a cheap price. My nails lasted for ages and the girls actually made an effort to talk to me. Definitely going back next time I get my nails done.

What a rubbish nail bar, stay well clear. Me and my daughter had gel nails done and with in 3 days they peeled off, unable to go back to the shop as it was closed over the bank holiday we had to pay to go elase where to get them removed and redone. Went back to shop to complain and ask for my money back with pictures of nails. The owner was very rude claiming he had rent to pay and his time to do them. Had no understanding of customer service and that he had not done them correctly in the first place and claimed that i have peeled them off myself because i did not like the colour, even though i had them repainted the same colour. putting a complaint in to trading standards. I have a big question mark over them only excepting cash too!!!

My daughter and her friend went there last week.. They where treated badly to start with spoken too terribly and made to wait almost an hour to be seen even though they told them 20 minutes.. In just under a week she had lost 4 nails.. When I took her back to get them fixed the guy was awful.. Told her she had pulled them off on purpose.. That she had not looked after them ( I know she did) and he spoke to us all like 5 year olds.. Said he would give her £10 to rip one off right now in front of him because he doubted they came off easily... He was rude and obnoxious. The old woman got involved too..they had a conversation about how she had ruined them and was just trying to make them look bad.. I have been there a few times and been more than dissatisfied with him and her.. There is 1 young girl that is quite good but as a whole their bad attitude and poor work puts me off.. (This is why I go to Johns round the corner) after a lengthy argument he agreed to fix them.. But done them terribly and cut her with the file ... Never again...

About 8 nail technicians, two pedicure pods, a sun tube for use and access to other beauty treatments such as waxing, massages etc. Walk in service seems more popular than booking in advance, so be prepared to wait to be seen. Good job though when they do get round to seeing you, although don't expect them to hold a conversation with you, they just want to do your nails and fill the seat with the next customer. Very amenable to staying late to help you out. Will only do waxing for private bits for ladies but very discreet and conscious of how uncomfortable you may feel! Would recommend them for nails and regular beauty treatments.

What a rubbish nail bar, stay well clear. Me and my daughter had gel nails done and with in 3 days they peeled off, unable to go back to the shop as it was closed over the bank holiday we had to pay to go elase where to get them removed and redone. My daughter and her friend went there last week.. They where treated badly to start with spoken too terribly and made to wait almost an hour to be seen even though they told them 20 minutes.. In just under a week she had lost 4 nails.. When I took her back to get them fixed the guy was awful.. Told her she had pulled them off on purpose..
