👋 I looked up on which nail bar in Stevenage had the best Star ⭐️ ralting ( as I have never treeded myself, as it was my birthday I went for a Man/Ped ) jm nails had five!⭐️ Mmm🤔which I don’t understand just on the communication standards. If it wasn’t for the girl😀who I spoke to when I rang to book a 5.15 appt’ on the desk I wouldn’t of stayed.....she helped me decide gel/acrylic colour. I decided on thin white line....square acrylic nails when it came to it I got thick white line, third of my nail was white!😌 and you could see my nail underneath so a silver line was put on to cover just before the white tip and nail! Suggested by a client next to 👌me...🤩.... The end result was 👌 not what I wanted...also two nails had to be taken off as stuck on wonky and sanded dwn as they were stuck on wrongly...😣not happy😌 the hand nail experance was very awkward!😳communication! 😱Would not go back. I did say thin white line, got thick...they are still on had them done last Friday. All that was said when I was leaving.....”you happy with nails!?” 🤪when I left! No!! 😣😆🤣The pedicure was average. Enjoyed the end result! Payed £50 for the privilege. 👍🏽Thanks 👌to the 💫girls ✨each side of me having there nails done 💅 keeping me calm & helping me to understand what was on offer and there opinions on nails😃

Not only did my toe nails look the best they ever have and stay the longest, but the massage was out of this world! I work on my feet and I appreciate a good massage. I could have fallen asleep in the chair! Great ownership, employees and service. Love this place!

I had my fill done a week ago Friday, and it cost $40 for gel polish. I have never paid that much for a fill with gel polish. The worst part and reason for this review is one of my nails broke in half...
I had my fill done a week ago Friday, and it cost $40 for gel polish. I have never paid that much for a fill with gel polish. The worst part and reason for this review is one of my nails broke in half today and another one is lifting. Won’t be back.

YOU nails was the location of our pre-wedding nail gathering. They were so accommodating especially considering half of the party was late (so sorry for that!). They even helped set up a little table ...
YOU nails was the location of our pre-wedding nail gathering. They were so accommodating especially considering half of the party was late (so sorry for that!). They even helped set up a little table for champagne and even had glasses! I was so impressed with their hospitality and the entire ambience of the salon. My French gel manicure still looks gorgeous even after a myriad of wedding festivities, as do my nails. Thank you YOU nails for your hospitality and stellar service! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

This place is the best! I'm always happy with my mani/pedi's when I get them, but above all Linda works her magic with eyebrows. I live a little far from this place and made the mistake of going somewhere closer to home, and now I know never to do it again. I'm never disappointed with the service I receive here. It's definitely worth my drive time.

One of the worst pedicures ever! The guy tried to rush a $60 pedi and cut my toe. I instantly turned that $60 to a $28... I would've got up if my husband wasn't enjoying his first time pedi by the lad...
One of the worst pedicures ever! The guy tried to rush a $60 pedi and cut my toe. I instantly turned that $60 to a $28... I would've got up if my husband wasn't enjoying his first time pedi by the lady. Not to mention the "couples" area was dated. Not what I had in mind at all... very disappointed!

You just sit and relax and the stress just vanishes. Huey is the Picasso of gel nails. They are a work of art every time. Tee is a master of eyelash extensions...they both have a client for life!

Great salon, always love going there! I had lash extensions done by Tee and they looked fabulous. I got so many compliments and the best part was I didn't have to wear any mascara. My natural lashes were fine after she remove them after wearing for a while. I recommend Tee she does a great Job with lashes.

Absolutely horrible for acrylic nails!!! The only part of my service that was decent was the fact that I hardly had to wait any. Other then that, the girl I had did my acrylic fill with gel polish in a total of 25 mins start to finish. She rushed through the entire thing and proceeded to tell me how she couldn't wait to get off after I left to go out with her friends. Asking me of good places to go out downtown because she is new to the area from Jacksonville. I'm writing thi...s review 3 days after having my nails done there and EVERY single corner of EVERY one of my nails has broken off. Two of my nails have no gel polish on them anymore because I lifted off in one big sheet. All my gel is chipping off slowly. I won't even go back here to ask for them to fix them because I am that unhappy with my service!!!! I work literally doors down from here in the same complex and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here!! I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know a thing or two about customer service and about nails, clearly this place knows nothing about either of those! Ver más

👋 I looked up on which nail bar in Stevenage had the best Star ⭐️ ralting ( as I have never treeded myself, as it was my birthday I went for a Man/Ped ) jm nails had five!⭐️ Mmm🤔which I don’t understand just on the communication standards. YOU nails was the location of our pre-wedding nail gathering. They were so accommodating especially considering half of the party was late (so sorry for that!). They even helped set up a little table for champagne and even had glasses! I was so impressed with their hospitality and the entire ambience of the salon. This place is the best! I'm always happy with my mani/pedi's when I get them, but above all Linda works her magic with eyebrows. I live a little far from this place and made the mistake of going somewhere closer to home, and now I know never to do it again. I'm never disappointed with the service I receive here. It's definitely worth my drive time.

Great salon, always love going there! I had lash extensions done by Tee and they looked fabulous. I got so many compliments and the best part was I didn't have to wear any mascara.
