Ok I made them aware It is my daughter birthday today. as I was doing it as a treat and surprise.... There is no atmosphere in there. The girl that did my daughter's nails did not smile she was Sitting on her phone having a conversation. Then speaking in their language and laughing so rude! Not one bit of customer service
My pedicure was the worst I ever had
.really should have got my money back. I won't be using you again for sure!
It was not worth the money.

I found the nail lounge on internet and i thought it looks nice and reviews weren't bad so i booked an appt to have a new set of acrylic nails for myself an treat my sister with shellac pedicure and manicure. From the moment we got there their customer service was terrible. The girl who was doing my nails was grumpy and rude. One of my nails wasn't done properly so i asked her if she could fix it plz. Instead of fixing it she started arguing and gave me the rolling eyes and asked if i have ever done my nails before. Then she refused to do it. .. someone else( manager ) carried on and when i explained that i wasn't happy with their staff attitude, she was even worst and said if you are not happy i will take them off and you can go after cutting all my nails. Worst customer service ever. Or better say no customer service at all. Not remonemding to anyone. Very disappointing

Will not be returning. Lady who did my nails was “pre-occupied” 90% of the time. Then when I returned complaining of a sore nail their attitude towards me was shocking. Instead of listening and trying to help they were very dismissive, rude, and made me feel like it was my fault. I walked out and went to a much better establishment, where the level of care I received was 100 times better. Avoid!!?

Will not be returning. Lady who did my nails was “pre-occupied” 90% of the time. Then when I returned complaining of a sore nail their attitude towards me was shocking. Instead of listening and trying to help they were very dismissive, rude, and made me feel like it was my fault. I walked out and went to a much better establishment, where the level of care I received was 100 times better. Avoid!!?

What I waste of time when I went for my appointment and they couldn’t find my name in their book. I received no apologie and the lady said she was gonna ‘fit me in’ like if she was doing me a favour! I had to wait half an hour in the end. I’m not going back any time soon!!

Amazing massage! I have terrible neck and back pain and I can’t rave enough. I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years and this massage was by far high on the list for best one ever!

I found the nail lounge on internet and i thought it looks nice and reviews weren't bad so i booked an appt to have a new set of acrylic nails for myself an treat my sister with shellac pedicure and manicure. What I waste of time when I went for my appointment and they couldn’t find my name in their book. I received no apologie and the lady said she was gonna ‘fit me in’ like if she was doing me a favour! I had to wait half an hour in the end. I’m not going back any time soon!!
