Sadly since Angie and the other lovely lafy has left, i havent had a great experience and wouldnt recommend. They are very expensive and the price does seem to change from visit to visit. I couldnt get to my now usual place last month and used here. Ive lost a nail and chipped 2 - as i have acrylics this is really difficult to happen to a good set. Read Less

It is a shame to say that Excellent nails no longer upkeeps its standards. The last couple of times I have been have been a nightmare. The customer service is terrible and the outcome of the service has been way below average. After years of taking my custom to Excellent nails I will now look for somewhere else to have my nails done. The comunication is terrible and there is barely any customer service skills. Ive just got home after an hour and the set of nails on one hand is still not dry. The technician put an over coat on one hand then switched to another brand of over coat half way through. At the time i belived the nail varnish had ran out so didnt think anything of it. After I realised I called them to let them know one set of nails was bone dry and perfect and the other set was still sticky. She said I had to go back in to have them 'fixed', but unfortunately I am now an hour away so this wasnt possible. I asked for her advice and she tried to blame me for the confusion, the technicain clearly put the wrong topcoat but didnt say anything. I said that I deserved a refund the next time I went but she refused saying that is wasnt possible and that they could only fix the problem. If I had the time and I was close I would go back but this isnt possble. The woman was very rude and took no responsiblity for the mistake and she definitely had no interest in rectifying the problem by suggesting a refund or free set the next time I went. Therefore I wont be attending again which is a shame after years of custom. Read Less
